Caprese Salad Bites

  • 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 small mozzarella balls or cubes
  • 4 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1⁄2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1⁄8 tsp. salt
  • 1⁄8 tsp. pepper

Directions:

Using a toothpick, spear one tomato half, then add mozzarella. Top the cheese with one basil leaf and then the second tomato half. Set aside. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients. Arrange the skewers on a tray. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
