Pricing for Shipping:
The price of ground shipping from the Institute for Progressive Medicine online store is as follows:
California Orders under $150 $8.50
Out of State Orders under $150 $9.50
Orders of $150 or more receive FREE GROUND SHIPPING
We use USPS or UPS to ship our orders depending on the weight, size and destination. If you provide a P.O. Box delivery address, we will use USPS to ship your order. A telephone number must be provided by you at checkout to provide to the shipping carrier. Some products are unusually heavy and cannot receive free shipping. These will be clearly noted on the online store.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. These rates may be higher for orders to Alaska and Hawaii. Please note the below shipment timing policy to ensure that you will receive your shipment when expected. 2nd day or next day orders received by our staff after the 11:00am cutoff time will be shipped out on the next business day.
Methods of Payment
The Institute for Progressive Medicine Store accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.
We utilize the state-of-the-art online security features to protect your personal and financial information. All credit card transactions are protected by our own secure certificate and are processed by Sripe, a proven and secure online gateway. However, if you would prefer to speak with our store staff to communicate your financial information, please feel free to call us toll free at 949-600-5100 during our normal business hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm PST
Orders placed by 11:00am CST usually ship the same day, Monday through Friday. Shipments do not go out Saturday or Sunday, and all orders received over the weekend (after 11:00am CST Friday – Sunday) will not be processed until the following Monday morning. Special arrangements for Saturday delivery may be made by contacting us by phone. Orders will not be processed and shipments will not be sent on company holidays, a list is available by contacting our office.
We may insure packages at our discretion.
Signature Required Delivery
We may require signature on any shipments over $500 USD.
The Institute for Progressive Medicine Store does not ship to international locations at this time.
Shipping to Canada
The above pricing does not apply when shipping to Canada. There will be a flat-rate charged on orders to Canada, depending on where it is shipped within the country. Any duty and tax to be paid for an order is the responsibility of the customer to pay. Duty and tax is not included in the shipping charge and will be billed to the customer separately.
Lost or Damaged Shipment
Call us at (949) 600-5100 during our normal business hours – Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm PST and we will help you with any lost or damaged shipment.
Our General Store Checkout
Once you have selected products and are are ready to checkout, you will be prompted to provide us with your email address, contact number, billing and shipping address information and credit card information.
Once you have completed your online purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your order was received and is being processed. Our staff will follow-up, if necessary, with additional email communication. Detailed shipping information including a tracking number will be provided via email when your product is on it’s way to your location.
Product Inventory and Backorders
We maintain most product items available in our store inventory. In order to prevent delayed delivery of your products to you, we may, at our sole discretion, have one of our vendor manufacturers ship or partially ship any product(s) in your order direct to your location at no additional expense to you. We will make every attempt to notify you via email if your product order will be coming to you via more than one package. If you have any questions on backordered products, please call our office at (949) 600-5100.
Edit My Order
If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, please send us an email and/or call our office explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed (typically by 11:00am PST each business day), you will not be able to modify or change your order.
Cancel My Order
If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order, however, you may refuse the package. Any refused or cancelled order that has shipped is subject to a 10% restocking fee, plus actual shipping fees and/or return shipping fees. A UPS or USPS tracking number for all shipments made from our Irvine, California address may be accessed through your account in our online store. A Tracking number will also be automatically e-mailed to you when your order is shipped.
The Institute for Progressive Medicine Online Store staff is committed to providing you with physician-quality products and outstanding customer service. Your total satisfaction is our goal.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept open items for return. If you would like to return an unopened item or if you have received a damaged or defective item in a shipment, please contact us via email when you receive your package and within 15 days of the date of purchase. Please include the following in your return request:
- Your name
- Your original order number
- What products you want to return
- What the problem is
If your return request is within the allotted time, we will mail or e-mail you a return label for you to send in your return. You can expect a credit back to the original credit card used on your order (minus shipping charges) usually within 2-5 business days after we receive your return. We cannot be responsible for any items returned to us that do not arrive at our facility. For returns of damaged or defective product we will replace the product or issue a full refund at your request.
