I came to Dr. Zuzelski in July of 2023 suffering from Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis in my left foot.

My foot issue was going on for many years (about 6) but had gotten to the point where it was impacting my everyday life. I had been seen previously by orthopedic foot specialist, chiropractor (laser treatments), podiatrist and done numerous sessions of acupuncture and physical therapy with minimal results.

I received 3 rounds of Prolotherapy injections in my left foot/ankle and 2 rounds of perineural injection treatments (PIT). The results were very good and continue to get better and better.

As Dr. Z says, “Prolo is the gift that keeps giving.” I only wish that more doctors knew about these therapies. Since last October, I have been able to fully do anything I choose, including walking (as much as I want), playing golf and now doing Pilates.

"I am much better!"

I was experiencing severe stomach upset over the last 10 years. The last thing I imagined was Celiac disease. After Dr. Sosin ordered specialty blood allergy testing, sure enough I tested high for gluten intolerance. I had a diet high in wheat products. I also confirmed my intolerance of milk products, grapes, almonds, but primarily gluten. After eating gluten-free for a week I am much better!
