Preconception Care

My husband and I started meeting with Dr. Harden about 2 years ago when we heard about her preconception care program. We worked with her to prepare our bodies and then did her 4-month preconception program. We both felt amazing on the program, and we got pregnant the very first month that we started trying. We were delighted!

So far, my pregnancy has been amazing – no morning sickness, I’ve been free from a lot of the other common pregnancy symptoms. The baby has always checked out really healthy and we were able to hear his heartbeat as early as 8 weeks! I’m 31 weeks along right now and still doing great.
